Lifestyle and not hobby

Many times we say that ninjutsu is a lifestile and not a hobby martial-art. It definitely sounds great and many people keep on repeating this, but what does that actually mean? It's just about now that I thought about this and I would like to share my thoughts with everyone.
Does this mean that you have to wear a mask and a gi and train every day in woods or mountains? Definitely for some people I think this was their lifestyle back in days many hudreds of years ago and I think this is really good also. Or does this even mean that you have to be in a gym and sweat your last sweat out? Well, that could be good for some people and I don't think that this is bad either.
Yet I strongly believe that the very meaning of lifestyle means the way you live your life. The way you see things, your attitude towards life, towards problems and towards happiness. Because in my oppionion this is something crucial that will eventualy make things happen for you or not. And at the same time you have to do things in order for something to happen. And when things happen your spirit grows and you are enouraged to do more. And when someone fails in achieving something that is the very point where their attitude matters.
Not much, but I believe this is something interesting to think about:)
Lets write about things like this on this blog also!
